How to install and use Barrel

Add cool transitions as you slide from one page to the next

Step 1. Install App

1. Slide to unlock your device.
2. Find the Cydia app and launch it.
3. Tap the search tab and type in the text field what app you want to install.
4. Select the app.
5. Tap the blue “Purchase” button on the top right corner.

**If you have already set up your Cydia account and Paypal info on Cydia, skip to step 8**

6. You will be prompted to set up a Cydia Account using either Gmail or Facebook. Please do so.
7. Login to either Paypal or Amazon to purchase your app and confirm payment.
8. Wait a few seconds and you will be redirected back to the app install page. It will now say that the app has just been officially purchased, and the button on the top right should now say “Install.”
9. Click on “Install” and then tap “Confirm” on the next page to complete the installation.
10. Cydia will download and install the app now, please do not exit Cydia until this is finished.
11. Cydia will ask you to restart your springboard, reboot, or just return to cydia. Tap the button and you’re done!

Step 2. Configure App

1. Slide to unlock your device.
2. Find and launch the Settings app.
3. Slide down until you find the Barrel section.
4. Tap on mode. This will reveal a list of all possible effects for Barrel.
5. Tap to highlight whichever effect you want to use. Then just hit the home button and you’re ready to go!

Step 3. Use App

Click Me

1. Slide to unlock your device.
2. Press the home button to exit out of any open apps.
3. Slide between your home screens to see the effects in action.

Note: You need to choose an effect for this to work. (See configure effects)
