Hi! First thing I would do is go to settings>>general>>scroll down to reset, then select "reset network settings", this will reboot your phone and with any luck bring back your wifi. Did you happen to drop the phone recently? If the reset does not work you can if you are feeling brave, open the phone carefully and make sure the #6 connector is tight. http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Device/iPhone_3GS you need a small screwdriver and suction cup to do this...this is a last resort and you must be very careful if you attempt this, there are various videos on YouTube about how to take the phone apart. The other than that since you are on 06.15 a restore is out of the question unless you want to go down to 4.1 firmware.
