Free iPad iPhone iPod Touch Jailbreak Support > does backing up or restoring delete cydia?!?!

i tried jailbreaking my iphone 4 lastnight. sadly, my phone's version is 6.1.3 . so i was
unable to do so. i also have two ipad 1's. one of the two of them are jailbroken, (which i knew)
so i looked at one, and that wasn't the one that was jailbroken. i found the second one in my car. that's the one tht
is jailbroken. but when i attempted to turn it on, it said "ipad is disabled, connect to itunes"
so now were backing up and restoring my ipad 1. will this delete cydia?! what can i do to stop it from deleting cydia?!
please help. this is URGENT . it is currently in the process of restoring and backing up.
and am i even doing the right thing for what it says?!
