Ive got an iphone 5 with ios 8.1.2 and ive followed the steps however TAIG doesn't appear to be working as it comes up in an Asian language

I'm having the same issue, but with 8.1.1 on my ipad 3. I download Taig, but when I open it there are no boxes to check, just a green "!" Its all in Asian also.
