Hi the visual voicemail stopped working after I jailbroken my phone.

What happens when you click on on the voicemail tab in the phone app?

Same issue here. When I click on the voicemail tab in the phone app, it calls my voicemail (which appears to work, I have no messages to listen to).

Not sure why this happened, but thought I'd share: I clicked on the voicemail tab, my phone dialed my voicemail, I listened to a couple options and then hung up. I locked my phone and gave up for a while, just unlocked my phone (was on the home screen) and it prompted me for my voicemail password. I used my 4 digit password I set up long ago, the field went away, and now VVM is back!

Luke: when I press the voice mail it goes to regular voice mail, I do have vvm active with my operator.

Lynx: thanks for your feedback , but I did not have the same results as you.

I'm having the same issue on iPhone 5c ios 7.1.2. I click the voicemail tab, call voicemail, and am prompted for my password. Except the big issue is I forgot my voicemail password and nothing is helping to reset it. I don't know what to do!
