How To Jailbreak iPhone 6 8.0 iOS

Step 1

The first step for any jailbreak is to backup your iOS device so you can easily restore your device to an un-jailbroken state in case something goes wrong. You can do this either by backing it up to iCloud, which requires a WiFi connection and for the device to be connected to power, or just by backing it up to iTunes over a USB cable.

Step 2

Once backed up you will want to restore your device back to factory defaults.

  • If your device is locked with a passcode, you must temporarily disable it. Open the Settings app and navigate to Passcode. Enter your passcode, then tap "Turn Passcode Off."
  • If your device has Find my iPhone enabled, you must temporarily disable it. Open the Settings app and navigate to iCloud. Tap Find my iPhone, turn it off, and enter your Apple ID password.
  • Your iTunes backup password must also be disabled. In iTunes, click your device and then untick encrypt Local Backup." Enter your password, then allow iTunes to backup your device again. If this option is greyed out: On the device, open Settings, tap General, tap Profiles and remove all entries there.

Step 4

Right click on the Pangu tool and select Run as Administrator.

Step 5

Once your device is detected by Pangu, click the Start Jailbreak button.

Step 6

After reading the notice presented by Pangu, click Already Did to begin the jailbreak process.

Step 7

Be patient and wait for the progress bar to reach the very end, and your iPhone will reboot. Your device will reboot several times. It will say 'Restore in Progress' and "restore" your device. This is perfectly normal.

Step 8

Once your iPhone reboots you should see Cydia on your Home screen. Launch Cydia to initialize it and you’re good to go.
