hey my jailbreak was perfect but when i download something and need to reboot from cydia and do every thing it get me stuch with the loading sign switching from boot to lock to boot to lock making the ding sound and i always restore

Have you tried using redsn0w to "just boot tethered"?

Yes you have to when battery dies or when you turn your device off.

i did do that perfect then it gets me stuck at the boot screen switching to lock screen like that fore ever then i restore my ipod
