Jailbreak iOS 12.4

Step 1

The first step for any jailbreak is to backup your iOS device so you can easily restore your device to an un-jailbroken state in case something goes wrong. You can do this either by backing it up to iCloud, which requires a WiFi connection and for the device to be connected to power, or just by backing it up to iTunes over a USB cable.

Step 2

Click here to download Cydia Impactor onto your computer and then launch it.

Step 3

Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer. Once plugged in, Cydia Impactor should recognize your device. If your device is not recognized a pop-up should appear then select “Trust” your computer.

Step 4

Step 5

Click and drag the unc0ver.ipa file that you downloaded in the previous step into the Cydia Impactor window:

Step 6

Sign in with your Apple ID:

Step 9

Tap on the blue Trust button, and then tap on the red Trust button inside the popup that appears:

Step 10

Before Jailbreak, please make sure you’ve turned off passcode/Touch ID/Face ID, Siri, and “Find My iPhone” function. Enable AirPlane mode via Control Center. Reboot your device. Note: you can re-enable these after the Jailbreak is completed.

Step 11

After rebooting device, find and tap the unc0ver icon:

Step 12

Next, tap “Jailbreak”: Unc0ver will begin jailbreaking your device; it should respring once complete.

Step 13

Once Unc0ver has finished, you’ll find the new Cydia app on your Home screen: If you don’t see Cydia after jailbreaking, reboot and re-launch the unc0ver app and then continue trying until it works.
