Free iPad iPhone iPod Touch Jailbreak Support > stuck in dfu mode after restore

i downgraded my ipod touch from 4.3.5 to 4.3.3 by using tiny ombrella and shift + restore. i choosed 4.3.3 firmware and restoration completed sucessfully but after that my ipod stuck in dfu mode and i cant do anything to open it... whatever i press screen stays black. plz help!!!

Try holding the sleep + home button for 10 seconds.
