Free iPad iPhone iPod Touch Jailbreak Support > Restoring doesn't work (3914 error)

Guide at http://www.guidemyjailbreak.com/restore-iphone-ipad-ipod-sfw/ hasn't worked, I just get a 3914 and my phone forever shows the itunes icon with a usb icon below it.
