Free iPad iPhone iPod Touch Jailbreak Support > Restore problems

I am on tethered jailbreak and want to switch to untethered. I want to restore my iphone first, but when plugged in to itunes i cannot, the button does not allow me to click on it to restore, how can I fix this ?

Try putting the device in DFU mode and then plug it into iTunes

yes that did it, thanks,but i keep getting error 21 on the itunes. I have reset everything like it says on itunes help for error 21 but still no good. Any other suggestions ?
