I've an Iphone 3GS OS 4.0, already untethered with jailbreakme one year ago .
How to implement 5.0.1 and then jailbreak it with redsnow:

Do I restore it with Itunes or do I update it on 5.0.1 with Itunes?
In case of restore, the OS will be 3 or 4, but not 5.0.1.... then should I update it to implement 5.0.1 ?
