I used this same step before but its not working now for some reason?

I would try restarting your computer or using another computer to jailbreak. Let us know if this helps!

Click on redsnow.Click 'extras'.Click 'select ispw'.Navigate to the folder where the ispw is downloaded.(looks like a Lego cube).Click on the ispw.Click ok.Click back.Put your phone in DFU mode.Click jailbreak.
