Free iPad iPhone iPod Touch Jailbreak Support > Absinthe 2.0.2 still not working for iPhone 4 GSM 5.1.1 (9B208)

I understand Absinthe updated to v2.0.2 for the 9B208 version of 5.1.1 for the iPhone 4, but the program stops working about 30% of the way done. Windows gives me an error message and says the program stopped working. I even restored and the same thing happened...whats up with that??

The easiest thing to try would be to try another computer. Let me know if that works for you.

Just tried it. Same problem. It happens when it says "sending initial jailbreak data"

same problem for me !
it was successful for my ipod touch 4 , but it keeps giving me "" absinthe 2.0.2 has stopped working "" when i try to jailbreak my iphone 4 gsm 5.1.1 (9B208) !!!!!!!!

Same issue with me. I have only one pc, I tried first time and it failed. I did the restore, lost a ton of apps and I still can't use your jailbreak method. Do you guys even know what the problem is? This is the first time I ever tried to jailbreak my iPhone and I need this to work correctly. Its already a headache to try and replace all the apps I lost so please..... A fix for this, ASAP, is greatly appreciated.

EDIT: v2.0.4 didn't fix the windows problem either.

UPDATE: I had to restore to factory settings and jailbreak on a Mac to get it to work. No luck on any of my (10+) tries on my windows laptop.
