Free iPad iPhone iPod Touch Jailbreak Support > Volume and sleep buttons not working ?

I've jailbreaked my phone a while ago now, but recently, my iPod touch 4G's sleep and volume buttons are not working and it's really frustrating. Can anyone tell me a solution for this ? I tried updating my iPod but still no use. And is this problem because i jailbreaked my phone ?

My first guess is that it is a hardware problem. You could restore the iPod and take it into the apple store and see if they will replace it for you.
