Just hit the update button in iTunes and then use our guide to jailbreak the latest firmware!

If you are jailbroken on 3.0 do not hit the update button hit the restore button insteak, if you hit update you will permanently lose some disk space on your iphone, not alot but......

locked show no simcard installed insert a valid sim with no pin lock to activate iphone.

Ugh, so you were using it unlocked??? you needed to mention this in the beginning......so you are not on the original carrier of the phone? Do you have an original carrier sim card?
