Free iPad iPhone iPod Touch Jailbreak Support > How do I get Cydia back on my iPod Touch?

So I just jailbroke successfully about 2 days ago. Then last night I updated iTunes to the newest version cuz it asked me to. After updating iTunes, I plugged in my iPod and it started syncing automatically as usual. It then asked me if I wanted to transfer my installed apps to the iTunes store and I said yes. Then after all that, it synced again and I unplugged my iPod. This morning I noticed that Cydia is now completely gone and I can't find it in my iTunes either... This is really frustrating because I JUST jailbroke (after a month of online searching to see if it was okay) and now it's all gone! Would I have to jailbreak AGAIN? That would just slow down my iPod even more since it already is, wouldn't it?
