Free iPad iPhone iPod Touch Jailbreak Support > I dont have wifi, what now?

I have internet but not wifi. is there anything else i can use.its an ipod touch 4g and its jailbroken and running 4.3.2.

the guide says i must install the cydia app but i have an ipod touch so i can only do this over wifi,which i dont have, however i do have internet so i was wondering what else i could use like doing it on my windows machine. is this possible?

Download and install this application. It will allow you to create a wifi hotspot out of your computer.

You could try bluetooth, but I have never done that before.
