Free iPad iPhone iPod Touch Jailbreak Support > What is the IPSW?

Right before the jailbreak data is being prepared a pop up comes up saying I need to provide the IPSW manually by going to "Extras->Select IPSW" but I can't find "Extras" on my phone anywhere. I"m using a 3gs with 5.0 firmware by the way
