Free iPad iPhone iPod Touch Jailbreak Support > How do I get my picture messages to work?

I can send picture messages but I cannot receive picture messages from some people, it says "No subject The media content was not included due to a picture resolution or message size restriction." I have a 3gs with version 4.2.1 and these are my current mms settings:

APN epc.tmobile.com
Username 'blank'
Password 'blank'
MMSC http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile/mms/wapenc
MMSC Proxy 216.155.165.50.8080
MMS Max Message 'blank'
MMS UA Prof URL 'blank'

Change your APN to wap.voicestream.com and MMSC:216.155.174.84/servlets/mms

It didn't work.. Do I need to the cellular data APN to wap.voicestream.com as well?
