Free iPad iPhone iPod Touch Jailbreak Support > I watched all the videos and followed the instructions, but keep hitting the same problem.

i followed all the instructions exactly, and when i download the firmware and save it to a folder, it saves and i can see it in the folder, but when i try to browse and open it via redsnow, there is not folder to click on, even tho i see it in my documents. what am i doing wrong? i have restarted the entire process 3 times now and am quite frustrated. any help?
