Free iPad iPhone iPod Touch Jailbreak Support > jailbraik iOS 5.1 untethered?

i have my iTouch for about a week. i was playing a game and "update 5.1" popped up, so i updated my iTouch. since i know what jailbreak does, i would like to jailbreak my iTouch.

So the question is, can i jailbreak iOS 5.1 untethered if not, how can i downgrade my iTouch to iOS 5.0.1??


P.S.: i did my research but i am pretty new to the iDevices ;p
