Free iPad iPhone iPod Touch Jailbreak Support > Cannot comply (Cydia issue)

I am having this error where I cant install 90% of the Cydia packages. I tried installing Winterboard, SBSettings etc.
Whenever I do, It says "Cannot comply". I have a iPhone 4s jailbroken with Absinthe.My Installous works fine but I cant use Cydia.

Help urgent if can.

This is a screenshot of the error. The iPhone is not mine but the error is same "Cannot Comply". I have taken this picture from Google.
