Free iPad iPhone iPod Touch Jailbreak Support > Can't remove apps

I have an iPhone 4 with 5.0.1 software. I am trying to remove some packages but I keep getting a message saying

"This operation involves the removal of one or more packages that are required for the continued operation of either Cydia or iOS. If you continue, you may not be able to use Cydia to repair any damage."

I just want to unjailbreak my phone, but iTunes wont recognize the device anymore.
