Hmm, you should probably just restore. Plug into computer, open iTunes and hit restore.

If it doesn't show up in iTunes, Use this to put it into DFU mode: http://www.guidemyjailbreak.com/how-do-i-enter-dfu-mode-ios/
then plug into computer and hit restore.
