Free iPad iPhone iPod Touch Jailbreak Support > redsn0w waiting for reboot, iPod boots up as nothing is being installed.

Doing the redsn0w jailbreak for my ipod touch 3g 5.0 and i've followed the instructions correctly and i hear the USB sound as it's connecting on and off as i'm holding down both buttons as both the guide video and setup tells me to do, the .exe loads two quick bars and then freezes at "Please wait while your build is being identified. Waiting for reboot" and my iPod boots up like it always has, without any changes done to it. What do i do?
