Free iPad iPhone iPod Touch Jailbreak Support > Will syncing to the newest version of itunes on the computer effect of brick my iphone 4 that has version 5.0.1?

Hi

I accidently downloaded the newest version of itunes for my computer and now I am afraid to sync my info fearing that it will brick it. is this safe to do or how can i downgrade the itunes version?

Hi Rachel,

No, feel free to sync. Just make sure you don't upgrade your iPhone to 5.1.1.

It is not possible to "brick" your iPhone anyway.
