If you have backed up them before, you can quickly recover your password from your SD card. I suggest you to back up all your iPhone files to iTunes,iCloud and computer, then you can find them whenever you need. Besides, FonePaw iPhone Data Recovery make sure you to find those text messages deleted by accident. Losing password caused serious problem, hope you can solve it quickly.
